ESE Young Investigator Awards

Twelve ESE Young Investigator Awards, worth €1500 each, are awarded to researchers who submit abstracts (basic or clinical) to the annual European Congress of Endocrinology.

The awards are based on the achieved abstract scores, as determined by the ECE abstract review committee; the final decision is made by the ECE Programme Organising Committee.

Successful applicants must be a member of ESE and less than 35 years of age at the time of the meeting. Applicants must indicate on the abstract form whether they wish to be considered for an ESE Young Investigator Award.

The Young Investigator Awards are generously sponsored by Novartis.

ESE Poster Prizes

Eight ESE Poster Prizes, worth €250 each, are awarded to the eight best posters on display at the annual European Congress of Endocrinology.

The eight awarded posters, four clinical and four basic, are selected from the top 20 clinical and 20 basic poster abstracts which attained the best ratings during the abstract evaluation process, based on the scientific content and on quality of the poster presentation. The prizes are bestowed by the Programme Organising Committee to the presenting author of the eight selected posters.

The presenting author must be a member of ESE and under 35 years of age at the time of the meeting.

The winners will be announced and will receive their prize money, at the Poster Awards session during the congress.

The ESE Poster Prizes are generously sponsored by Novartis Pharmaceuticals.
